Pre-Appointment Guidelines
To ensure the best results from your makeup session, please adhere to the following pre-appointment instructions:
1. Facial Preparation:
• Cleanse Your Skin: Arrive with a freshly washed face, free from makeup and oils. This provides a smooth canvas for makeup application.
2. Eyebrow Grooming:
• Prior Grooming: Ensure your eyebrows are neatly groomed before your appointment.
• Additional Fee: If eyebrow grooming is required during the session, a $5 fee will be added to your service
Late Arrival Policy
We understand that unforeseen circumstances can occur. To accommodate all clients efficiently, we offer a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals. If you arrive within this timeframe, your appointment will proceed as scheduled. Arrivals beyond 15 minutes may incur an additional charge of $10 and could result in a shortened service time to prevent delays for other clients.
Cancellation Policy:
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please reach out via text at 440-574-3461 as soon as possible. Timely communication allows us to adjust our schedule and offer the slot to another client.
No-Show Policy:
Clients who fail to attend their scheduled appointment without prior notice will be considered a no-show. After a no-show, future appointments will no longer be accepted. This policy ensures that our time and services are respected and available to clients who value them.
